Responsibilities
- Travel to Mokobara stores in Delhi and conduct on-the-job training for Mokobara products, retail processes etc.
- Travel to stores in Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jaipur & other locations in North India (monthly) to conduct on-the-job training
- Visit MBO locations with partners like Broadway & Shoppers’ Stop to conduct on
- the-job training
- Handle weekly NHIT on a rotational basis with other regional trainers
- Interview any North store staff candidates, as aligned by HR
- Analyse data to identify training needs & align training plans with the regional business manager accordingly
- Supporting the Head of Training in creating training modules, & other training functions Requirements
- Experience of at least two years as a Regional Trainer or Training Specialist
- Have a basic understanding of various training functions such as OJTs, classroom training sessions, need analysis, pre & post training tests etc.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be engaging & energetic during training sessions.
- Should be proficient in English & Hindi
