Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Associate will engage with prospective learners, explain program offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing learners. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations about Hike Education’s programs, following up via calls,



emails, and digital channels, and meeting defined sales and conversion targets. The associate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, update CRM systems accurately, and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and learner experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess effective presentation skills and the ability to create and deliver engaging presentations.
• Candidates should possess lead generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline building, and follow-up management.
• Candidates should possess market research skills, including analyzing trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs.
• Relevant skills such as relationship-building, negotiation, and basic sales techniques are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in sales, business development, or EdTech (fresh graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered).
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms, and the ability to work toward targets in a fast-paced setting.
