Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role based at The Shri Ram Wonder Years – Noida 121. The Elementary School Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, integrating play-based and activity-based learning to support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Responsibilities include creating and implementing classroom routines, assessing student progress, maintaining detailed records, and providing regular feedback to families. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and teaching strategies,



organize classroom resources and learning materials, and contribute to school events and parent engagement activities. The role also involves ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom setting that supports each child’s individual learning style. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience working with early years or primary-level learners.
• Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms; patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
• Experience with continuous assessment, classroom management, and collaboration with parents and teaching teams.
