The role involves supporting daily operations related to electric vehicle technology, which may include assisting in production activities, coordinating with technical and administrative teams, and maintaining documentation and records. The member will help monitor workflows, report issues or improvement areas to supervisors, and contribute to process efficiency and safety. Responsibilities may also include basic quality checks, adherence to company policies and environmental standards, and collaborating on initiatives that enhance sustainable EV solutions.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a structured in office environment.
• Candidates should possess basic technical aptitude related to manufacturing, engineering, or EV technology, and a willingness to learn company-specific processes.
• Candidates should possess good communication and organizational skills, including the ability to follow instructions, maintain records, and report issues clearly.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills to support quality, safety, and process improvements.
• Relevant experience in automotive, EV, manufacturing, or industrial operations is beneficial.
• A diploma, certification, or degree in engineering, technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if practical experience is strong.
• Commitment to sustainability, workplace safety, and ethical practices is expected.
