We’re hiring: Back-of-House (BOH) Auditor | Mumbai | Full time Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services is looking for a BOH Auditor to join our food safety and hygiene audit team. If you’re a hotel management graduate who knows what a well-run kitchen looks like, this is your chance to start your career in food safety compliance. You’ll work across hotels, restaurants and food businesses. What you’ll do
• Conduct back-of-house audits covering kitchen hygiene, food storage, handling practices and FSSAI compliance
• Document findings accurately with photos and clear observations
• Prepare audit reports and flag non-compliances
• Handle quality checks (QC) on audit reports before they go to clients
• Support the team with other operational tasks as needed Who we’re looking for




• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management (mandatory)
• Freshers welcome
• FoSTaC certification is a plus. If you don’t have it, we’ll get you certified.
• Sharp eye for detail, honest reporting and good written communication Work setup This is a full-time role. You’ll split your time between our office and field audits at client sites.
