About the Role
EquiTech Labs is looking for a motivated and responsible fresher to join our team as an HR & Finance Executive. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, finance coordination, invoicing, payroll support, and day-to-day business operations. ?

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR): Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents. Coordinate with candidates, employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in maintaining HR policies and compliance-related documentation. Finance & Accounts: Assist with invoice preparation, verification, and tracking. Support payroll coordination, salary records, and employee reimbursements. Maintain basic financial records, expense reports,



and payment details. Assist with vendor payments, invoice follow-ups, and financial documentation. Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation and coordination with the accounts team or CA. Help track receivables, payables, and routine business expenses. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the confidentiality of financial information. General Administration: Support daily administrative and business operations. Maintain organized digital records and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. ? We’re Looking For Freshers interested in building a career in HR, Finance, and Business Operations. Graduates in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred. Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of accounting and finance is an added advantage. Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a hybrid environment. Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and a responsible attitude. Immediate joiners preferred. Willingness to sign a 1-year bond agreement, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
