Role Description The Platform Operator will oversee daily operations on Dough’s platform, helping founders navigate features related to product creation, branding, and manufacturing coordination. Responsibilities include monitoring platform performance, handling user queries, guiding users through workflows, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams. The role also involves reviewing data and user feedback to identify process improvements, documenting recurring issues, and supporting onboarding and training materials for new users. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Coimbatore,



with a blend of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications
• Ability to manage digital platforms, including monitoring workflows, troubleshooting common user issues, and coordinating with technical teams.
• Strong communication skills for user support, including clear written and verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Basic data and process analysis skills to review usage patterns, identify inefficiencies, and suggest operational improvements.
• Comfort with technology and AI-driven tools, with the ability to quickly learn current features and explain them to non-technical users.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple user requests, prioritize tasks, and meet service timelines.
• Experience in operations, customer success, or platform support is preferred; exposure to ecommerce, branding, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Coimbatore and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
