Role Description The Video Editor role at Bramma Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw video footage into polished, engaging content aligned with the company’s branding and communication goals. Daily work includes assembling and trimming clips, adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, and titles, and performing color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and quality. The Video Editor will collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to understand project objectives and deliver videos for digital platforms, training materials, and promotional campaigns. The role also involves managing media assets,



maintaining organized project files, and staying updated on video production trends and tools. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Video Production and experience handling the end-to-end workflow from planning to final delivery.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, including cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and integrating audio/music.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to adjust color, exposure, and tone for consistent and high-quality visual output.
• Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual elements that support storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop) is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, composition, and sound design are beneficial.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Kochi.
• Relevant education or certification in film, media, communication, or a related field, along with a portfolio demonstrating previous video projects, is beneficial.
