Position Title: International Marketing Manager (Aroma Ingredients) Purpose of the Role To develop and expand international markets, achieve export sales targets, manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and business partners in assigned international markets.
• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Export Documentation teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits to promote company products.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets,



and periodic business reports.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export policies, and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints and support effective after-sales service.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in International Sales/Export Sales. Skills Required

• Knowledge of export procedures and international trade practices.
