Role Description The Guest Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for delivering a welcoming and seamless experience to guests throughout their stay. This position manages guest check-ins and check-outs, responds to inquiries, and assists with special requests to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The Guest Services Associate handles reservations and booking changes, coordinates with housekeeping and operations teams, and provides clear information about property amenities,



local attractions, and services. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, and upholding Willostays’ service standards. The role also involves supporting hospitality initiatives, gathering guest feedback, and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should have proper english proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including problem-solving, empathy, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
