Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. This full time, on-site role based in Guntur Mandal involves partnering with leadership to plan workforce needs, implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee records, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting compensation and benefits administration. The HR Manager will also conduct HR reporting, support organizational development initiatives,



and promote a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with company values. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, HR policies, and documentation practices.
