We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel & Hospitality Expert with deep industry relationships, strong knowledge of hotel and travel technology systems, and the ability to drive strategic partnerships and enterprise business growth. 1. Corporate Travel Industry Expertise
- Bring extensive experience in corporate travel management, hotel distribution, and enterprise travel operations.
- Understand end-to-end corporate travel processes, including booking, invoicing, expense management, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Possess solid knowledge of Travel Management Companies (TMCs), Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and corporate booking platforms.
- Understand corporate hotel contracting, negotiated rates, billing arrangements, and travel procurement.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation in corporate travel workflows. 2. Hotel Industry Relationships & Strategic Partnerships A critical requirement for this role is an established network within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across leading hotel chains, hospitality groups, and independent hotel operators.
- Have direct connections with Hotel CFOs, Finance Directors, Revenue Managers, IT Heads, General Managers, and corporate sales teams.
- Leverage existing relationships to establish strategic partnerships and facilitate enterprise introductions.
- Engage hotel groups such as Marriott, Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Radisson, and other major hospitality brands.
- Build partnerships with hotel technology providers, property management system vendors, and hospitality consultants.
- Drive collaborations for hotel invoice digitisation, data integration, tax recovery, and automation initiatives. 3. Hotel Technology & Systems Expertise The candidate must have a strong functional understanding of hotel technology infrastructure and how financial and invoice data flows across systems. - Oracle OPERA PMS, including OPERA Cloud.
- Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP) and relevant integration interfaces.

- Understand how reservations, guest folios, invoices, credit notes, payments, and tax data are generated and stored.
- Understand PMS-to-ERP integration and hotel invoice extraction mechanisms.
- Work with technical teams to identify API, middleware, and data integration opportunities.
- Support mapping of hotel billing data into structured invoice formats for tax automation and e-invoicing.
- Identify challenges associated with centralised billing, corporate invoicing, and multi-property hotel operations. 4. Corporate Travel Tax Recovery & Invoice Automation
- Understand the tax and invoicing challenges associated with corporate hotel bookings and travel expenditure.
- Collaborate with tax experts to identify opportunities for GST and UAE VAT recovery.
- Support hotel invoice retrieval, validation, reconciliation, and tax documentation processes.
- Understand differences between hotel direct bookings, TMC bookings, OTA bookings, and corporate credit arrangements.
- Help design solutions for automated invoice collection from hotels and travel service providers.
- Support the development of scalable hotel invoice retrieval and tax recovery solutions. 5. Business Development & Commercial Growth
- Identify and develop business opportunities across hotel chains, TMCs, corporate travel buyers, and hospitality technology providers.
- Build a strong partnership and enterprise sales pipeline.
- Engage senior stakeholders to present Finkraft's value proposition.
- Lead strategic discussions, commercial negotiations, and partnership agreements.
- Support client onboarding, pilots, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Drive adoption of Finkraft's travel invoice automation and tax recovery solutions. 6.



Product & Technology Collaboration
- Work closely with Finkraft's product and engineering teams to translate hospitality workflows into technology requirements.
- Provide functional expertise for integrations with hotel PMS, ERP, and travel booking systems.
- Identify opportunities to automate invoice retrieval, reconciliation, and validation.
- Support product demonstrations and solution design for hotel groups and corporate clients.
- Provide industry insights to strengthen Finkraft's hospitality technology offerings. 7. UAE Market Expansion
- Build relationships with leading hotel groups and hospitality stakeholders across the UAE.
- Understand UAE hotel billing practices, VAT documentation requirements, and enterprise travel processes.
- Support hotel readiness assessments for UAE e-invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for integration with hospitality PMS and accounting systems.
- Develop partnerships with hotel technology vendors and implementation specialists. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 10–15+ years of experience in corporate travel, hospitality technology, hotel operations, travel distribution, or enterprise travel solutions.
- Established relationships with senior management across hotel chains and hospitality groups are essential.
- Strong working knowledge of hotel PMS, particularly Oracle OPERA and OPERA Cloud.
- Practical understanding of hotel billing, guest folios, invoicing, financial reconciliation, and corporate travel workflows.
- Experience working with TMCs, hotel chains, OTAs, or hospitality technology providers.
- Strong commercial, relationship management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work with technology and product teams on integration-led solutions. Preferred Experience
- Previous experience with leading hotel chains, corporate travel management companies, hospitality technology vendors, or travel-tech platforms.
- Existing relationships with Marriott, Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Radisson, or similar hotel groups.
- Experience with Oracle Hospitality solutions, including OHIP and relevant integration capabilities.
- Understanding of SAP, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP systems used in enterprise and hospitality environments.
- Exposure to GST, UAE VAT, invoice automation, or e-invoicing.
- Experience establishing strategic partnerships across India and the Middle East.
