Medical Biller (3+ Years Experience) Position: Medical Biller

Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and submit clean claims to insurance companies (electronic & paper). Verify patient demographics, insurance details, and coding accuracy before submission. Work on charge entry, claim creation,



and corrections. Monitor claim status and collaborate with AR team for timely follow-up. Handle patient billing, statements, refunds, adjustments, and payment posting as required. Resolve billing errors, rejections, and payer-specific issues. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations. Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks. Skills Required: Strong understanding of US RCM workflow. Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and billing guidelines. Experience with billing software and clearinghouses. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet timelines. We are preferably looking for immediate joiners, candidates currently serving their notice period, or those who can join within a week.
