Role Description The Graduate Student role at Converge Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Kakinada. The role involves supporting consulting projects through data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports. The individual will assist senior consultants with research on industries, clients, and market trends, and help develop insights and recommendations. Daily tasks include participating in team meetings, contributing to problem-solving discussions, and documenting project progress.



The role also includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and actively engaging in learning activities such as workshops and training sessions. Qualifications
• Strong analytical and research abilities, including the capacity to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, word processing, online research tools).
