We are looking for an experienced *BIM Modeller with 4–5 years of experience*, preferably with a strong background in large-scale architectural projects. Key

Requirements:
- Solid proficiency in BIM modelling and coordination for large-scale projects.




- Experience in developing and coordinating architectural and structural BIM models.
- Ability to identify, detect and resolve clashes between architectural, structural and MEP services.
- Experience in coordinating and integrating MEP, structural and architectural drawings/models.
- Strong understanding of construction details, working drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to manage model coordination and ensure consistency across all disciplines.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
