About PitchSense PitchSense is an AI-powered sales readiness platform. We help sales and enablement teams run continuous practice, close skill gaps faster, and give leaders a clear readiness number. We are building a small, high-quality outbound team to reach US sales and enablement leaders. What you will do
• Make outbound calls to US-based B2B technology and enablement prospects.
• Qualify conversations and book meetings that match our ICP.
• Prepare for calls with basic account research.
• Maintain clean CRM records of every interaction.
• Follow the call framework while remaining natural on the phone.
• Deliver consistent daily activity and weekly meeting results. What you need
• Minimum 2 years of outbound calling experience with prior work calling into the US market.




• Working knowledge of the B2B technology space.
• Prior experience in an AI-based or technology startup is preferred.
• Transparent spoken English suitable for US business conversations.
• Willingness and ability to work US business hours (India night shift) consistently.
• Reliable home setup: internet, backup, headset, and quiet space.
• Basic CRM experience and process discipline.
