Bangalore About the Team The Investments Business team at Navi manages our portfolio of investment products, including mutual funds and digital gold, and oversees investments across both active and passive schemes. The team is responsible for conceptualizing current investment solutions and expanding the customer base for existing products, driving growth and accessibility in the investment space.

About the Role
As the Investment Product Lead and Fund Manager for Passive schemes, you will be the strategic link between the Investment Management team and the Sales/Distribution channels. You will translate complex investment strategies into compelling narratives that drive asset gathering, and lead end-to-end strategy for New Fund Offers (NFOs), from market gap analysis to go-to-market, along with positioning and competitor analysis. As Fund Manager for Passive funds, you will own portfolio construction and trade execution, managing the dealers. You will also work on business growth problem statements with the business, sales and marketing teams, and equip sales with the data, pitch decks and insights to win IFA, Wealth Manager and Institutional mandates. Must Haves
• 3+ years of experience in Investments (Product/Research), Wealth Management, Investment Advisory role or similar roles
• Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital markets and investor behaviour. Prior exposure to equity, debt, index funds or ETFs is preferred.
• A rigorous approach to performance attribution analysis, scheme comparison, and identifying market trends.
• CA, MBA in Finance, CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex portfolio strategies to a non-technical audience. What We Expect From You
• Own the investment product roadmap for Navi AMC by identifying product gaps, market opportunities and categories where Navi should participate.
• Act as Fund Manager for Passive schemes,



owning portfolio construction, rebalancing and tracking error, and manage the dealers who own trade execution.
• Lead the thinking for new scheme launches, including market sizing, competitor analysis, product construct, customer proposition and go-to-market inputs.
• Drive data-led product development and run quantitative strategies, back-tests and rule-based investment ideas in partnership with the investment team.
• Own high-quality, data-backed and compliant sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, monthly market updates and fund fact sheets.
