Role Description: The Collaboration Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in primarily in India, with lots of flexibility. This role is responsible for leading the founders office and building and managing strategic partnerships with customers, suppliers, community organizations, and sustainability-focused stakeholders to advance Pakka’s regenerative packaging mission. Day-to-day work includes coordinating cross-functional collaboration between leadership,



teams and partners ensuring clear communication and alignment on joint initiatives and projects. The role also involves organizing meetings and workshops, preparing plans and reports through research and exploration. Person Profile:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with experience in building long-term partnerships across internal teams and external organizations.
• Collaboration, facilitation, and cross-functional coordination skills to drive joint projects, workshops, and alignment among multiple teams.
• Project management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, tracking milestones, and reporting outcomes for collaborative initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and proposals for diverse audiences.
• Ideally MBA wth financial understanding
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Ayodhya, with the ability to engage effectively both onsite and remotely.
