Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development and evaluation of new cosmetic products.
• Provide technical input on product texture, application, and efficacy based on cosmetology expertise.
• Coordinate with R&D; for formulation trials and maintain records of product samples and testing.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, ingredients, and competitor products.
• Participate in sensory testing and provide user feedback for formulation improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and packaging teams to ensure product aesthetics and functionality.
• Support the creation of training and usage documentation for internal teams and end users.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during product development. Key Skills Required:
• Knowledge of cosmetic formulations, ingredients, and product types.
• Strong understanding of beauty standards, trends, and consumer behavior.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to evaluate product feel, performance, and usability from a skilled cosmetologist’s perspective.
• Basic awareness of regulatory guidelines in the cosmetics industry. Eligibility Criteria:
