BE / B.
Tech Civil / Any Engineering & preferably MBA with minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction industry / Infrastructure / Railway projects. We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong experience in Real Estate and Railway Infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with developers, corporate clients, Indian Railways, Railway PSUs, Metro organisations, EPC contractors and consultants, identifying and tracking tenders/projects, conducting client meetings, coordinating bids and driving opportunities through to award. The ideal candidate should possess strong industry networking, tendering knowledge, commercial acumen and proven client acquisition capabilities in the construction/infrastructure sector. ?
