Brigade Arcade, Kanakapura Road Industry: Hospitality Open Positions: 1 Experience Required: 4–6 Years Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online brand presence. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, social media strategy, content planning, online reputation, and performance marketing to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Oversee content creation including videos, reels, creatives, and promotional campaigns
• Monitor and manage online reputation and guest reviews across platforms
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and generate detailed MIS reports




• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and hospitality marketing innovations Required Skills &

Qualifications:
• 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing (Hospitality preferred)
• Robust experience in performance marketing and paid campaigns
• Proficiency in video editing tools and creative platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Preferred

Skills:
• Experience in hotel/resort marketing
• Strong branding and storytelling capabilities
