Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Deputy Manager will support branch and business operations, including monitoring sales performance, ensuring adherence to internal processes, and assisting in achievement of targets for protection and savings products. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams and distribution partners, preparing and reviewing reports and dashboards,



and supporting initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The role will also involve contributing to compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, assisting in training and development of team members, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth in the region. Qualifications
• Strong skills in sales and business development, with experience in life insurance or financial services preferred.
• Proficiency in operations management, including process adherence, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data analysis, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to management and teams.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
