About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Amazon, and our own website. The role involves monitoring orders, tracking inventory, raising purchase orders (POs), resolving platform-related issues, and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. We are looking for someone with basic knowledge of Blinkit and Amazon Seller Central, including Easy Ship and FBA. More importantly, the candidate should have a strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities
Blinkit Operations ● Monitor product listings, stock availability, and inventory levels on Blinkit. ● Track stock requirements and coordinate with the supply chain team for replenishment. ● Raise purchase orders or follow up on POs as per the platform's requirements and internal processes. ● Raise and track support tickets for stock, listing, order, and other operational issues. ● Follow up with the relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved on time. Amazon Operations ● Monitor daily orders, inventory, and product availability on Amazon Seller Central. ● Have a basic understanding of Amazon Easy Ship and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). ● Track order fulfilment, shipment status, cancellations, and other operational exceptions. ● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. ● Raise support cases and follow up on account, listing, inventory,



and shipment-related issues. Website Order Management ● Monitor incoming orders from the company's website. ● Track order processing, dispatch, shipment status, and delivery. ● Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfilment. ● Identify delayed, pending, or failed shipments and follow up until resolution. ● Maintain accurate order and shipment records. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination ● Regularly monitor stock availability across all sales channels. ● Identify low-stock products and communicate replenishment requirements in advance. ● Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for stock movement, dispatches, and order fulfilment. ● Follow up on pending purchase orders and stock discrepancies. ● Maintain proper records of inventory, orders, and operational issues. Reporting & Issue Resolution ● Prepare daily or weekly reports covering orders, stock status, pending shipments, and unresolved issues. V-Rich Natural Products Pvt. Ltd. page 2 ● Maintain a tracker for support tickets, purchase orders, and operational follow-ups. ● Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager when required.



● Ensure all assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed on time. Required Skills & Qualifications ● Around 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or marketplace operations. ● Basic knowledge of Blinkit operations and Amazon Seller Central. ● Familiarity with Amazon Easy Ship and FBA is preferred. ● Basic understanding of inventory management, purchase orders, and shipment tracking. ● Good coordination and communication skills. ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. ● Willingness to learn recent platforms, tools, and operational processes.
