• Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare BPO or similar domain | Freshers can also apply Key Skills & Requirements
• Typing Speed:



Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy
• English Proficiency: B1H level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (patient care, claims, pharmacy support, or member call preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus

Key Responsibilities
• Handle claims related to US healthcare queries such as patient care, pharmacy support, grievance, and appeal cases
• Provide accurate information while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Ensure all data entry and updates are accurate and timely
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns
