The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage and grow ArchiesOnline.com, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, strong online sales performance, effective merchandising, and an enhanced customer experience. Full-Time | On-Site What You'll Own → Managing the overall business operations of ArchiesOnline.com. → Taking ownership of online sales, revenue growth, conversions, and business performance. → Managing product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory visibility, and online merchandising. → Planning and executing offers, promotions, festive campaigns, and seasonal sales initiatives. → Monitoring website performance and ensuring smooth functioning of the online platform. → Identifying opportunities to improve website experience, customer journey, and conversion rates. → Coordinating with external digital and marketing agencies for performance marketing, campaigns, creatives, and other digital initiatives. → Ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns and online business activities. → Tracking website traffic, sales,



conversion rates, and other key e-commerce metrics. → Preparing MIS reports, analysing business performance, and identifying growth opportunities. → Working closely with internal teams across marketing, creative, technology, warehouse, and customer support. → Driving continuous improvements in the overall online shopping experience. Who We're Looking For ✔ 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce or online business management. ✔ Hands-on experience managing an e-commerce website or online brand. ✔ Solid understanding of online sales, business operations, merchandising, and conversion optimisation. ✔ Experience in managing and coordinating with external digital marketing agencies. ✔ Good knowledge of Excel, e-commerce analytics, and performance reporting. ✔ Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. ✔ A proactive, hands-on individual who can independently manage and grow an online business. ⭐ Added Advantage: Experience working with gifting, retail, or D2C brands will be a strong plus. ✨ If you're ready to take ownership of Archies Online and drive the next phase of growth for a leading gifting brand, we'd love to hear from you ?
