Responsibilities:
• Arrange and manage site visits for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients through calls and emails.
• Receive inbound calls and maintain accurate call records.
• Assist in addressing client inquiries and providing relevant information. What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 6 to 12 months of experience in telecalling services (Freshers are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
