Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Department: Service & Technical Support Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Service Engineer with hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machines, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance. Candidates having knowledge of Rotary Tables, Spindles and Angle Heads will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Installation, commissioning and servicing of CNC/VMC machines and machine-tool accessories.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Handling installation, alignment and calibration of Rotary Tables and related equipment.
• Knowledge of spindle dismantling, assembly, bearing replacement and troubleshooting.
• Handling Angle Head installation, alignment and basic servicing.
• Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations.




• Diagnosing machine errors and resolving technical issues.
• Providing in office technical support and customer training.
• Preparing service reports and maintaining service records.
• Travelling to customer locations as per business requirements. Required Skills
• CNC/VMC machine installation and commissioning.
• Rotary Table / 4th Axis / 5th Axis knowledge.
• Spindle servicing and troubleshooting.
• Angle Head knowledge.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Machine alignment and calibration.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
