5+ Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related discipline) or MBA with 5+ years of Project Management experience Travel: Must be comfortable with pan-India travel Reporting To: Director & Program Manager Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented PMO / Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects, manage client engagements, and oversee end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Industrial EPC companies, preferably serving private-sector manufacturing industries. Candidates should have started their careers in core engineering execution roles and subsequently transitioned into project management. The role will also involve working on ERP-led business transformation and implementation projects across SAP and Microsoft Dynamics environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and schedules.
- Manage relationships with C-suite executives, business heads, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, scheduling, scope management, and milestone tracking.
- Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Conduct steering committee meetings and cross-functional project workshops.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project execution and communication.




- Understand client business processes and map them with ERP functionalities.
- Present industry best practices and ERP solutions to clients.
- Manage multiple project tracks and ensure effective risk management.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates, analysis, and forecasts to senior management. Candidate Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO.
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related discipline; alternatively, an MBA with relevant project management experience.
- Must have experience working with Industrial EPC companies servicing private-sector manufacturing industries.
- Experience in industries such as Steel, Sugar, Glass, Bulk Chemicals, Cement, or similar manufacturing sectors.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in core engineering execution activities such as Civil, Mechanical, Erection, or Commissioning before moving into project management.
- Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel across India for client engagements.
- Stable and progressive career history with meaningful tenure in previous organizations.
