Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that supports OT Ecosystem’s educational, marketing, and community-focused initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring that video narratives align with brand guidelines and messaging. The role involves collaborating with content, marketing, and subject-matter experts to create engaging explainer videos, interviews, event highlights,



and promotional materials tailored to industrial cybersecurity audiences. The Video Editor will also perform basic motion graphics work, color correction, and export videos optimized for web and social media channels. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular coordination with the local team and adherence to project timelines. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in video production and video editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and audio synchronization.
• Candidates should possess skills in video color grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.
• Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower-thirds, simple animations, and visual assets.
• Candidates should have familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow brand and technical guidelines.
• Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
• A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
• Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or industrial domains and prior experience creating B2B or educational video content are advantageous.
