Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online sessions in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking for both working professionals and younger kids. This full-time remote role involves planning age-appropriate lesson plans, creating interactive learning materials, and conducting live classes or workshops. The professional will provide individualized feedback, track learner progress, and adapt teaching strategies to different age groups and proficiency levels. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, maintaining high teaching standards,



and ensuring a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom environment. Qualifications
• Robust expertise in phonics, spoken English, and public speaking, with the ability to teach both children and adults effectively.
• Experience designing lesson plans, educational activities, and interactive content for online or blended learning environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear articulation, confident presentation, and empathetic learner engagement.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and basic e-learning technologies.
