We are a results‑driven digital services team looking for an experienced and proactive Upwork Bidder & Proposal Specialist to join our growing remote team in Pakistan. This full‑time role requires a motivated professional with a proven ability to identify and win Upwork projects through strategic outreach and persuasive proposal writing.

Key Responsibilities
• Research, filter, and build a pipeline of Upwork job postings that align with our services and target market.
• Craft and submit tailored, high‑impact proposals designed to maximize open and award rates.
• Engage in initial client Q&A; on Upwork to clarify scope, address concerns, and build rapport.
• Qualify opportunities by assessing client needs, budget, and timeline before escalating to senior team members.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all bids, proposal statuses, and outcomes in Google Sheets.
• Collaborate closely with delivery, sales, and marketing teams to refine proposal templates and pricing strategies.
• Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for number of proposals submitted, response rates, and win‑rate.

Requirements:




• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms, with a proven win‑rate.
• Demonstrated track record of submitting ≥ 100 proposals and securing ≥ USD 10,000 in awarded contracts.
• Strong command of written English with excellent persuasive copywriting skills.
• Proficiency with Upwork’s Connects system, job categories, and messaging interface.
• Experience using outreach and tracking tools (e.g., Google Sheets, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Excellent research skills to identify high‑value leads and craft customized outreach.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working in a fully remote, performance‑focused setting.
• Dedication and commitment to a full‑time role (9 AM–5 PM EST, Monday–Friday), with time‑tracking and prompt responsiveness during business hours.
