About the Role
RTAC is looking for a motivated PHP Software Engineer to contribute to the development of business applications, enterprise platforms, and web-based software solutions. The role focuses on building backend functionalities, implementing business logic, managing data operations, and developing reliable application services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance server-side application modules using PHP.
• Design and implement REST APIs for web and mobile application integration.
• Build database-driven functionalities and manage MySQL operations.
• Write reusable code and maintain existing application components.
• Implement data validation, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
• Integrate third-party services and external application interfaces.
• Investigate technical issues, debug application errors, and improve performance.
• Participate in code reviews, application testing, and feature enhancements.
• Coordinate with frontend developers and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Skills & Qualifications
• Positive knowledge of PHP and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of MySQL, database relationships, and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Laravel or other PHP development frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and backend application architecture.
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging, and web application security.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Freshers with PHP projects, internships, or practical development experience are encouraged to apply.
