Role Description The Architect role at HiCube Designs is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. The Architect will develop concept designs, produce architectural drawings and 3D models, and refine design solutions in collaboration with the design team and clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including task coordination, timeline management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and visualization tools is beneficial.
• A professional degree in Architecture or a related field and knowledge of local building codes and regulations are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site with clients, contractors, and team members are essential.
