Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAD Solid Work Designer role based in Vadodara. The CAD Solid Work Designer will create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and models for steel furniture and electrical control panels using SolidWorks and other CAD tools. The role involves translating design concepts and engineering specifications into accurate construction and fabrication drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines. The designer will collaborate closely with production teams, and quality assurance to refine designs, resolve technical issues, and support continuous improvement. Day-to-day tasks include updating design documentation,



maintaining drawing standards, and preparing layouts, assemblies, and bill of materials for manufacturing. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Technical Drawing and Drawing skills to produce clear and precise schematics and layouts.
• Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills, including proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D modeling software.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings to develop fabrication-ready plans and detailed assembly documentation.
• Candidates should possess Design Engineering skills to interpret specifications, optimize designs, and ensure functional and safety requirements are met.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Design Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in switchgear, electrical control panels, or related manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, standards, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet project deadlines in a collaborative, on-site workplace.
