About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead operations for a vibrant 25-table establishment in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will be the face of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining tight control over daily operations, staff management, and bar inventory. Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a 25-table setup, ensuring smooth service during peak hours. Bar & Inventory Management: Manage liquor stock, monitor pour costs, conduct daily/weekly inventory audits, and ensure strict compliance with local excise laws. Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and motivate waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff to maintain high service standards. Customer

Experience:
Actively engage with guests, handle feedback or complaints professionally, and build a base of loyal, repeat customers. Financials & Reporting: Track daily sales, manage petty cash,



and provide regular operational reports to the owners. Hygiene & Safety: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene standards across the dining floor, bar, and kitchen areas. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager, or similar leadership role within the F&B; industry. Strong practical knowledge of bar operations, liquor handling, and F&B; inventory software (e.g., Petpooja, POSist, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late evenings. Candidates residing in or near Navi Mumbai (Kamothe, Panvel, Kharghar) are highly preferred.
