Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and manage civil works at project sites, ensuring that designs and plans are implemented accurately, safely, and on schedule. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and external partners to execute site development, infrastructure layouts, and related construction activities. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting civil engineering drawings, supervising earthworks, drainage systems, and utilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations. The role also requires monitoring site progress, maintaining documentation and reports, conducting quality checks, and proactively resolving technical or execution issues.



The Site Civil Engineer will support planning and cost estimation, participate in stakeholder meetings, and contribute engineering insight to projects that may intersect with Purnasya’s media, experiential, and event-focused initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including preparation, review, and interpretation of drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Experience in Planning and site coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and alignment with project milestones.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related infrastructure solutions for urban environments.
• Prior experience working as Civil Engineers on-site, overseeing construction activities and ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, municipal regulations, and environmental guidelines applicable to civil works in India.
• Ability to use civil engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, basic design or modeling tools) and strong MS Office skills for reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• Solid problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness to work on fast-paced, media and event-oriented projects.
