We combine structured lessons with our own sensor technology that tracks real driving behaviour. We’ve raised ₹8.5 Cr in pre-seed funding led by Kae Capital, with DeVC, Antler India, Panthera Peak and prominent angels, and we have taught 50,000+ hours of driving so far. The role Millions of Indians hold a licence but don’t feel confident driving alone. You’ll talk to them, understand what’s holding them back, and help them pick the right Lane program, from the first call to enrolment.
• Call leads, understand their needs, and recommend the right program
• Follow up and close enrolments
• Keep the CRM updated and hand customers over smoothly to operations

• Ongoing coaching from experienced sales trainers on pitching, objection handling, closing, and live call reviews
• Close exposure to the leadership team at a fast-growing startup
• Clear growth path: Sales Associate → Senior Associate → Team Lead Pay
• ₹30,000/month CTC
• Weekly incentives: hit your weekly target and earn ₹4,000–5,000 that week, paid out with the next month’s salary. That’s up to ₹20,000 a month on top of your CTC. Who we’re looking for
• Any graduate, fresher or up to 2 years’ experience
• Transparent communicator in English and Hindi; a regional language is a plus
• Enjoys talking to people and is driven by targets Work details

• Shifts: 9 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM or 11 AM–8 PM
