5+ Years Department: Marketing / CRM / Customer Engagement Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Specialist to manage customer engagement, personalized marketing campaigns, customer retention and repeat purchases across our jewellery brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation.
• Create customer segments based on purchase history and preferences.
• Plan and execute personalized email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Build automated customer journeys for birthdays, anniversaries and festive occasions.
• Drive customer retention, repeat purchases and showroom visits.




• Analyze campaign performance and improve marketing ROI. Required

Skills:
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Automation Studio.
• Knowledge of CRM, customer segmentation and marketing automation.
• SQL and Data Extensions knowledge preferred.
• Solid analytical and communication skills. Preferred Industry: Jewellery, Retail, Luxury Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle. ?
