We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Floor Manager – Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, optimizing lead conversions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor progress against defined KPIs.
• Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion activities to maximize business opportunities.
• Track team productivity, conversion rates, call volumes, follow-ups, and other critical sales metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion, revenue generation, and overall sales efficiency.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, product knowledge, and effective communication.
• Ensure qualified customer interactions, timely follow-ups, and a high standard of customer experience.
• Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to improve lead quality and align sales efforts with business objectives.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, identify gaps,



and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to established sales processes, CRM practices, reporting standards, and organizational policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and sales-related escalations promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team productivity, and strengthen overall sales performance.
