Role Description The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day operations for the Noida office in Greater Noida West. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes, documentation, and employee data management, while also supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace culture. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with HR reports, maintaining HR databases,



coordinating training sessions, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures. The role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions in a fast-paced digital agency environment. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and data handling.
• Comfort with MS Office tools and basic HR-related software or spreadsheets; willingness to learn new HR systems.

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
