Role Description The Head of Unit at Maarga Mind Care is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Gurgaon. 1. Revenue and P&L; Performance – Achievement of revenue targets, profitability and operating margins. 2. Sales Conversion – Conversion of enquiries into admissions and outpatient consultations. 3. Occupancy and Service Utilisation – Optimisation of inpatient bed occupancy, outpatient volumes and service utilisation. 4. ARPOB and ALOS Contribution – Improvement in Average Revenue per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) and appropriate Average Length of Stay (ALOS) in coordination with the clinical team. 5. Business Development and Partnership Revenue – Growth in corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, referral networks and associated revenue. 6. Patient Experience and Satisfaction – Improvement in patient satisfaction, service quality and timely grievance resolution. 7.



New Centre and Business Growth – Achievement of centre-launch milestones, market expansion and new service development targets. 8. End-to-End Business Operations Management – Ensure seamless functioning of all unit business operations, including admissions, billing, collections, patient coordination, resource utilisation and cross-functional service delivery to achieve operational efficiency and business continuity. 9. Unit Administration and Operational Excellence – Ensure effective overall unit administration, including manpower coordination, infrastructure, facility management, statutory compliance, vendor management, support services and implementation of SOPs to maintain uninterrupted, efficient and compliant unit operations Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, a Go-getter with experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical or healthcare teams.
• Clinical expertise in mental health care, preferably with experience in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency psychiatric services will be a plus point.
• Relevant advanced degree in hospital administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, documentation standards, and ethical practices in mental health settings.
• Prior experience in a leadership or unit head role in a hospital or mental health care facility is highly beneficial.
