About the Role
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern who has already done sales and is ready to take on real responsibility. This is a fully remote internship with

working hours
of up to 8 hours a day. You will work directly with the founder on lead generation, outreach and follow-ups for our advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to business owners, founders and finance heads through calls, LinkedIn and email
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up discovery calls and meetings
- Record and maintain accurate lead details, conversations and follow-up dates in our CRM or tracker
- Follow up consistently so no lead goes cold
- Handle objections and questions on the spot, and represent the firm professionally




- Support marketing activity such as LinkedIn outreach and content distribution
- Share regular updates on pipeline, conversions and learnings Requirements
- Prior sales experience (internship, part-time or full-time) is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Presence of mind: you can think on your feet and respond well to unexpected questions and objections
- Solid attention to detail in handling and tracking lead information
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Self-disciplined and reliable when working remotely
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools and LinkedIn Good to Have
- Exposure to B2B, finance, consulting or SaaS sales
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools What You Will Gain
