Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer for an E-commerce Operations & Logistics Executive. The role involves overseeing daily e-commerce order processing, coordinating packing and dispatch, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customers. The executive will manage logistics partners, track shipments, handle returns and replacements, and maintain inventory records in coordination with warehouse and procurement teams. Responsibilities include monitoring order status on the platform, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with customer service and sales teams to provide smooth, reliable service. The role also requires maintaining compliance with internal processes, optimizing costs and timelines, and preparing regular reports on operations, logistics performance, and stock levels. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle queries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills to manage order fulfilment, inventory, dispatches, and coordination with courier partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic e-commerce operations skills to support order management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking.
• Relevant skills such as proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools, familiarity with e-commerce platforms, and attention to detail in documentation and data entry are beneficial.
• A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field, along with prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics, is preferred.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to ethical, customer-centred service in the healthcare and wellness sector are highly valued.
