About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Kochi. In this role, you'll create compelling visual content for both our consumer brand clients and XENA's own marketing initiatives. You'll work on projects spanning ecommerce marketplaces, digital marketing, brand identity, and marketing communications. You'll collaborate with designers, marketers,



and ecommerce specialists to transform creative briefs into thoughtful, engaging designs that communicate clearly and align with business objectives. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who has a strong grasp of design fundamentals, enjoys creative problem-solving, and is eager to grow in a technology-driven, rapid-paced environment.

What You'll Do
• Create Amazon listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stories, storefront banners, and other ecommerce creatives.
• Design visual assets for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Help build and maintain brand identities, including typography, layouts, colors, and other visual elements, for both our clients and XENA.
• Collaborate with internal teams and US-based clients to understand creative briefs, exchange ideas, and bring concepts to life.
• Refine designs based on feedback, maintain brand consistency, and explore new design trends, tools, and creative approaches. What we're looking for:
• 0
- 2 years of experience in graphic design, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• A strong understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color, composition, and layout.




• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma, InDesign, or similar tools is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of brand consistency.
• Ability to turn creative briefs and ideas into compelling visuals while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback.
• A degree or diploma in Design or a related field is preferred, but not required. Nice to have:
• Familiarity with ecommerce design, especially Amazon listings, A+ Content, or storefronts.
• An understanding of digital marketing, social media ads, and performance-driven creatives.
• Video creation and editing skills, someone who can help create short-form videos, product videos, reels, or motion graphics.
