Role Description The Accounts Receivable Trainer will design and deliver training programs focused on accounts receivable processes, tools, and best practices for learners and corporate teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training materials, creating case studies and practical exercises, conducting classroom sessions, and providing one-on-one support to participants as needed. The trainer will assess learner performance, offer constructive feedback, and continuously improve course content based on industry updates and participant outcomes. This is a full time, on-site role located in Noida, requiring close collaboration with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure a consistent,



high-quality learning experience. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, payment posting, reconciliations, and aging analysis.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Excel and other productivity tools.
• Demonstrated training or teaching experience, with skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom facilitation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Ability to assess learner needs, provide structured feedback, and adapt training methods to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on learner outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications in finance or training are an advantage.
• Prior experience in US or international healthcare revenue cycle, staffing, or corporate training environments is a plus.
