About the role
We sell kidswear to clothing brands overseas. You’ll help us find new international buyers and start conversations with them. Full training is given; no garment knowledge needed. What you’ll do
• Research overseas clothing brands using Google, LinkedIn and trade show lists
• Find decision-maker contacts and maintain a lead sheet
• Send personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, and follow up
• Handle Alibaba enquiries (training given)
• Report weekly progress against targets Who we want
• MBA (Marketing / International Business), freshers or up to 2 years’ experience
• BBA (International Business) graduates with solid English may also apply
• Excellent written English (most important)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn
• Disciplined, patient, and willing to follow a process ?

Salary:
₹20,000–25,000 per month fixed + monthly incentive on leads and orders ? Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday ? Probation: 3 months, with full training and weekly targets ? Growth: top performers move to a senior role with higher pay
