Role Description The Admission Counsellor will work on-site at the Bengaluru campus in a full-time capacity, guiding prospective learners through the entire admission lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, course structures, fees, and placement support, and conducting counseling sessions via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or admission management systems, and supporting applicants with enrollment documentation and payment processes.



The Admission Counsellor will collaborate closely with faculty and the placement team to align learner expectations with program outcomes and may participate in outreach activities such as seminars, webinars, and campus events. This role requires a learner-centric approach, clear communication, and a strong focus on helping candidates choose suitable programs based on their career goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to counsel prospective learners and build trust with diverse applicant groups.
• Candidates should possess sales, customer service, and relationship management skills to handle inquiries, convert leads, and maintain long-term learner engagement.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, CRM or admission management system skills, and proficiency in email and online meeting tools.
• Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation efficiently.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving, active listening, and decision-support skills to understand learner aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, education services, or training institutes is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, education, psychology, or related fields, is recommended.
• Familiarity with IT, tech education, or certification-based training programs and local Bengaluru education market is an added advantage.
