Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Structural Engineer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead the analysis and design of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, compliance with codes, and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities include performing detailed structural calculations, reviewing and validating structural analysis models, and guiding the preparation of design drawings and specifications. The role involves coordinating with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines, reviewing CAD outputs, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.



The Senior Structural Engineer will also support project planning, participate in design reviews, and assist in resolving site-related structural issues during construction. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in structural design in industrial projects, preferably in a consulting or multidisciplinary environment.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of design codes and industry standards including Indian, American and Eurocode standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations to evaluate loads, stresses, and overall structural performance, including STAAD.
Pro, ETABS, SAP2000 or equivalent.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) as well as BIM tools for preparing and reviewing detailed structural drawings and models.
• Ability to lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
