We deliver technology-driven engineering and BIM solutions that help clients improve design coordination, construction efficiency, project delivery, and asset management across the AEC industry. Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler with 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling, detailing, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, experience working on LOD 400 and LOD 500 projects, and the ability to develop accurate structural models and construction documentation. Experience working on Gulf projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Create structural models for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structural elements.
• Prepare structural reinforcement and rebar models, where required.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.




• Work on LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling requirements.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve modeling clashes using Navisworks.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards and BIM execution requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams to meet project deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / BE / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Hands-on experience in LOD 400 and LOD 500 projects.
• Knowledge of structural elements, reinforcement detailing, and construction drawings.
• Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
• Ability to understand structural drawings and engineering specifications.
• Gulf project experience will be an added advantage.
• Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in structural rebar modeling and detailing.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
• Experience in preparing shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with international project standards.
