Mumbai Organisation: India Signing Hands (ISH) India Signing Hands is looking for a creative all-rounder who can bring stories, ideas and information to life through videos, photography and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities
* Shoot Instagram Reels, short films, interviews, news content and behind-the-scenes videos using smartphones and professional cameras.
* Conceptualise and execute creative visual stories for ISH’s digital platforms.
* Edit daily news videos, short films, reels and other digital content using Adobe Premiere, Canvas, and other editing tools.
* Design graphics, social media creatives, posters, thumbnails, infographics and visual assets.
* Use AI tools and effective prompting for generating creative content, images, 3D animations, videos and design elements.
* Work closely with the signing,



production and content teams to create engaging and accessible content for Deaf and hearing audiences.
* Bring fresh ideas, explore recent formats and stay updated with digital content and visual storytelling trends. What We’re Looking For:
* Strong creativity, visual storytelling and camera-handling skills.
* Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
* Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and prompting.
* Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and digital content trends.
